The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. littleblackbook.io does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States of America.
